About DuoStride

DuoStride is the home of Duo30, a partner-only 30-day challenge app. It brings a paid kickoff and a shared tracker into one experience built for two people.

Mutual commitment comes first. An accepted partner invite is required before the kickoff and tracker become available. The challenge starts with both people choosing to be part of it.
